Maintenance Technician - Sacramento

Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers and Property Managers in the nation, currently seeks experienced Maintenance Technician for their beautiful apartment communities in the N. California area.

Locations would be at our award-winning, high-unit properties in the Sacramento and Vacaville areas of Sacramento.

All positions would require prior apartment maintenance experience.

The right candidates would have skills in all aspects of general maintenance including:

Strong all-around maintenance skills in the apartment industry
Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, stoves, etc) installation and repair
Making ready units for new occupancy
Maintaining units of current residents
Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities

Position requires reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license. On-call maintenance duties may be required and opportunities to live on-site are available.
